Director:In Málaga (remote, Málaga) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities / Main tasks

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our Málaga location and positioning our brand in the Spanish market to educate candidates about the QUANTUM brand and products.

• Establish strategic and long-term relationships with candidates, online job portals, service providers and suppliers in the Spanish market
• Validate and optimize our recruiting and onboarding process in coordination with our headquarters
• Recruit a high performing outstanding team consisting of scrum teams but also administrative support staff to assist you in meeting objectives
• Travel to Munich/Germany to work with the HQ team on the international strategy
• The decisive factors of the location converge with you: KPI’s of the company, customer and employee inquiries as well as 1000 little things that you can manage in our Start Up
• You are actively networking and community building and are responsible for strategic direction
• You continuously expand your employee base, your relationships with strategic partners
• You own and create our internationalization strategy for the Málaga site in collaboration with the headquarters

Qualifications / Requirements

You live and breathe Scrum, Agile and nearshoring? You are emphatic, count yourself among the “Servant Leaders” and live the New Work approach? Great, because we are the specialists in this area! You bring in your network, you love to communicate and the international parquet furthermore you are curious about tomorrow and have ideas how to make it happen? In addition, you bring these qualifications:

• You have a start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit; experience in the start-up phase is an advantage
• You are self-motivated, resourceful and have the drive to work independently to achieve your goals
• You have five years of leadership experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in the nearshoring space
• You are used to negotiate with international experts, clients and service providers
• You enjoy working with people
• You are ambitious and have a strong service mentality
• You live an independent way of working and have a distinctive self-organization
• You bring extraordinary speed with the utmost diligence
• Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (German is an advantage) and communication skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
