With us, you work closely with all areas of the company: This includes Recruiting, New Business, and the Executive Board. The focus of your activity will be:

• You supervise first own project inquiries
• You research candidates with the help of our CRM system and in our international community
• You also address new candidates
• You write out your own projects on the web
• You receive and evaluate candidate profiles
• You clarify initial questions about the project framework and target company with the candidates
• You advise and convince our candidates
• You support a pre-selection and present suitable candidates to our customers
• You organize and participate in candidate interviews
• You prepare CV’s
• You are actively networking and community building
• You continuously build your customer network and relationships

Qualifications

Are you interested in digital topics and products? Are you enthusiastic about Scrum, Agile, freelancing and nearshoring? Great, because we are the specialists in this area! You already have first contacts to POs, Scrum Masters, UX designers and developers? Not a must but all the better!

In addition, you bring these qualifications:

• You have a degree, preferably in the field of HR, organizational development, in economics or in technical fields or have a comparable education
• You are ambitious and have a strong service mentality
• You enjoy working with people
• Very good knowledge of German and English (Spanish an advantage) and communication skills, both written and spoken
• You live an independent way of working and have a distinctive self-organization
• You bring extraordinary speed with the utmost diligence
• You enjoy innovative ideas and “out of the box” thinking

As a plus but not a must-have criterion:

• You have already gained some experience in recruiting or have worked in the staffing industry, preferably in the placement of freelancers and nearshoring
• You have knowledge in agile software development on recruiting side are advantageous
