Personnel consulting, headhunting or placement agency? We combine these concepts in what we do, but we focus exclusively on project success. In 20 years of agile IT project experience, we have learned that success comes when the right group of people come together. Something great can come out of this. It is irrelevant for us whether you prefer permanent colleagues, freelancers or near- and offshoring models.<\/span>

The company founded by us Digital Excellence Club Germany<\/a> is a contact point for female IT experts who are looking for new challenges. Candidates are always selected and invited according to the applicable admission criteria. In this way, we ensure that only proven and experienced specialists are assembled in this pool.<\/span>\n

We ourselves come from a digital product development background. With our experience in the areas of user experience and the roles as Scrum Coach, Product Owner, Chief Product Owner and Chief Product Officer, we know the challenges of IT-oriented companies. We pass this know-how on to our customers. Together, we identify which candidates have enough expertise as well as the right personality structure to successfully support you in the short, medium or long term. If desired, we also work together with psychologists who assess the personality of the candidates and ensure the “cultural fit”.<\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/div>
