// ÜBER DEN JOB //

Als Product Owner für ein neues Enterprise PIM (Product Information Management) System verantwortest du bei unserem Kunden GoLive, Run und inkrementelle Integration aller Kanäle.

// DEINE AUFGABE //

• Datenmodelle, smarte Informations-Architektur und Prozess-Optimierung perfektionierst du mit Leidenschaft und kundenzentriert
• Deinem cross-funktionalen Produktteam gibst du die Richtung vor, schenkst den jeweiligen Experten aber auch Gehör und lässt entsprechenden Gestaltungsspielraum
• Hand in Hand arbeitest du mit deinen Main Stakeholdern aus den Fachbereichen Stammdaten-und Category Management, sowie die Channel Owner der Filialen, Onlineshop, Marketplace, App und Co.
• Du optimierst dabei die Zuliefer-Schnittstellen, die Anreicherungsprozesse sowie die Datennutzungsoptionen und hilfst damit unseren Kunden und Mitarbeitern optimale Produktinformation zu liefern
• Du managed das Product Backlog und konzipierst überzeugende Epics und User Stories
• Als Product Owner PIM spielst du damit eine entscheidende Rolle, die Stärke unseres Produktsortiments auszuspielen und den Erfolg der Omnichannel-Verschmelzung im Ökosystem des Unternehmens zu sichern

// DAS BIST DU //

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Projekt Manager für ein PIM System, idealerweise Akeneo
• Du kannst signifikante Erfolge nachweisen wie Reduktion von Lead Time, Prozess- oder Datenoptimierung
• Du teilst unsere Leidenschaft für Tierliebhaber und hast Erfahrung im E-Commerce und integrierten Services für stationären Handel
• Discovery und Delivery werden von dir gleichermaßen bespielt und entsprechende Herangehensweisen sind dir vertraut
• Du bist ein Teamplayer und strebst mit hohem Leistungseinsatz nach fortwährender Verbesserung
• Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend

// ABOUT THE JOB //

As a Product Owner for a new Enterprise PIM (Product Information Management) system you will be responsible for GoLive, Run and incremental integration of all channels at our customer’s site.

// YOUR TASK //

• You are passionate about perfecting data models, smart information architecture and process optimization in a customer-centered way
• You set the direction for your cross-functional product team, but you also listen to the respective experts and give them the necessary room to maneuver
• You work hand in hand with your main stakeholders from the departments of master data and category management, as well as the channel owners of the stores, online store, marketplace, app and co.
• You optimize the supplier interfaces, the enrichment processes as well as the data usage options and thus help to provide our customers and employees with optimal product information
• You manage the product backlog and design compelling epics and user stories
• As a Product Owner PIM, you will play a critical role in leveraging the strength of our product suite and ensuring the success of the omnichannel fusion in the company’s ecosystem

// THAT’S YOU //

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager for a PIM system, ideally Akeneo.
• You can demonstrate significant successes such as lead time reduction, process or data optimization
• You share our passion for animal lovers and have experience in e-commerce and integrated services for brick-and-mortar stores
• You are equally adept at discovery and delivery and are familiar with the corresponding approaches
• You are a team player and strive for continuous improvement with high performance commitment
• You are fluent in German and English
