// Your Task //

With us, you work closely with all areas of the company: This includes Recruiting, New Business, and the Executive Board. The focus of your activity will be:

  • You support our customers and their project inquiries and candidate searches
  • You research candidates in our own CRM system and with the help of our international community
  • You approach new candidates and continuously expand your existing network
  • You write out your projects
  • You receive and evaluate candidate profiles
  • You clarify initial questions about the project framework and target company with candidates and clients
  • You advise and convince our candidates and clients
  • You make the pre-selection and present the candidates to our clients
  • You organize and participate in candidate interviews
  • You prepare CV’s
  • You actively engage in networking and community building and contribute to the strategic direction of this
  • You bring in your own mandates and continuously expand your client network and relationships

Qualifications

Scrum, Agile, Freelancing and Nearshoring are more than anglicisms for you? Great, because we are the specialists in this area! You already bring a network of POs, Scrum Masters, UX designers and developers with you? Not a must but all the better!

In addition, you bring these qualifications:

  • You have at least five years of experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably including freelance placements and nearshoring
  • The initiation of new business and the confident handling of existing clients is your daily business
  • You are used to negotiate with international experts, clients and service providers
  • You enjoy working with people
  • You are ambitious and have a strong service mentality
  • You live an independent way of working and have a distinctive self-organization
  • You bring extraordinary speed with the utmost diligence
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (Spanish would be an advantage) and communication skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile

As a plus but not a must-have criterion:

  • Ideally you have first leadership experience
  • You have already looked at the topic of recruiting from a strategic point of view and developed it further
  • Knowledge of agile software development on the recruiter side is an advantage
  • You enjoy innovative ideas and “out of the box” thinking
