In the same organic way, our subsidiary “QUANTUM International Málaga S.L.” was established in the “Málaga Valley”. After very good experiences with on-site development teams, we decided to establish our own site. Alongside companies such as Google, Accenture and IBM, which also operate development sites there because of the optimal conditions, we are in good company there.

To ensure a high level of quality, we have specialized in a few rolls. We can activate them for you within a few days, review them together with you and then onboard them.
Consulting
Often at the beginning there is the question of how a project should be restarted. What resources, technologies and “soft skills” do you need? A careful analysis of the existing possibilities is the means of choice at the beginning.
In the second step, we will advise you on how best to implement the project. Here, we draw from a panel of software architects, product developers, and experienced industry insiders who take these first and critical steps with you.
Developer
We place female developers in frontend development, backend development, fullstack development, mobile websites, iOS apps, Android apps, blockchain, DevOps, SecOps and Artificial Intelligence. Typically, the individuals we recommend have at least five years of professional experience up to senior profiles, such as Team Lead, Head of and CTO. We offer all roles as freelancers, external consultants and in nearshoring models.
We can also put together complete development teams on request. Other profiles and technologies on request.
Scrum Master
The Scrum Masters we teach are usually the ones in a team who make sure that the rules work smoothly and that everyone involved comes to understand the Scrum theory, practices as well as values.
Our network also includes Scrum coaches and consultants who support the team in terms of group dynamics. The implementation of Scrum usually varies greatly depending on the company. Due to the different members in the team and their personalities, different expressions of the method develop. This requires the expert to have communication skills and empathy in interpersonal relationships.
Product Owner
The product owners we place are always people who have several years of experience in this area. If desired, the customer or client can also take on the role of product owner. The most important task within an agile team is a professional representation of customer interests.
We also search for and place Product Leads, Chief Product Owners and Chief Product Officers.
User Experience Designer
Our UX designer candidates are the user-understanders in the software development process. They form the link between user, product owner and development team.
Good products are user centered and self-explanatory. The user experience designer analyzes the following questions: How does a user interact with your product? Which functions are missing or need to be rethought, and how satisfied are users with the service in general? So the goal is to get users excited about your product in the long run.
