Often the question at the beginning is how to set up a new project? What resources, technologies and “soft skills” do you need? In many projects, the first step is a careful analysis of the existing possibilities.
We will then advise you on how your project can best be implemented for you. Here, we draw from a panel of software architects, product developers, and experienced industry insiders to take this first and critical step with you.
We place developers in frontend development, backend development, fullstack development, mobile websites, iOS apps, Android apps, blockchain, DevOps, SecOps and Artificial Intelligence. As a rule, we place people here with professional experience of five years or more up to senior profiles such as Teamlead, Head of and CTO. We can offer all profiles as freelancers, external consultants and in nearshoring models.
We also put together complete development teams. Other profiles and technologies on request.
The Scrum Masters we teach are usually the ones in a team who make sure that the rules work smoothly and that everyone involved comes to understand the Scrum theory, practices, rules and values.
Our network also includes Scrum coaches and consultants who can support the team regarding the group dynamic aspects. The implementation of Scrum usually varies greatly depending on the company. Due to the different members in the team and their personalities, different expressions of the method develop. This requires the expert to have communication skills and empathy in interpersonal relationships.
The product owners we place are always only people who have several years of experience in this role. However, this role can also be the customer or the client itself. The most important task within an agile team is a good representation of the customer’s interests.
We also search for and place Product Leads, Chief Product Owners and Chief Product Officers.
User Experience Designer
Our UX designer candidates are the user-understanders in the software development process. They are the link between the user, the product owner and the development team.
Good products are user centered and self-explanatory. For you, this role analyzes: How does a user interact with your product? Which functions are missing or need to be rethought, and how satisfied are users with your offering in the first place? So the goal is to keep your users excited about your product for the long term.
