// YOUR TASKS //
- Responsible for the development and expansion as well as the strategic further development of the division
- The clear focus of your job is to establish standardized managed services and service delivery processes and to be responsible for ensuring that they are also lived
- Derive function-related goals on the basis of the company’s company goals and to control the achievement of these goals
- Leading, motivating and developing assigned employees with the aim of ensuring results-oriented and successful task fulfillment
- Further development of the entire range of services, in particular the Managed Service portfolio and the associated processes and delivery units, taking into account the strategic targets and integrating the international service units
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery of the task area, taking into consideration customer-related and operational requirements, as well as in Collaboration with internal and external process participants
- Responsible for internal IT and its anchoring in the organization in the organization
- Responsible for implementation, maintenance and further development of necessary systems for service provision
- Further development of employees
- Sales support (pre-sales & post-sales)

- Technical or business studies with a technical focus or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the IT industry (preferably with Microsoft technologies and cloud environment)
- Experience in IT service management is mandatory
- Experience in setting up and implementing managed service structures
- Business fluent German and English language skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Extreme customer orientation
- Strong assertiveness, also in a management environment
