// YOUR TASKS //

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will coach our managers and teams with varying degrees of agile culture, in terms of agile mindset, Scrum and/or Kanban

• You support the development teams in finding their optimal mode, you coach managers and developers as well as product owners in self-organization and interdisciplinarity.
• Your main focus is also on communication, explaining impediments, the optimally prioritized backlog, introducing and maintaining retros and implementing KPI’s such as velocity.
• To do this, you use Jira and MS Teams professionally
• You will assist our client’s Product Owners and Requirements Engineers in creating and organizing the backlog and help maximize value creation
• You moderate and accompany meetings such as sprint planning, dailies, sprint reviews and retrospectives as well as backlog refinements.
• You are a proxy between team and non-team members, actively supporting communication and preventing misunderstandings
• As an overarching Agile evangelist within the startup, you’ll be happy to bring your experience to other areas of the company as needed

i // THAT’S YOU // i

• You have a degree, a comparable qualification or are an autodidact with a lot of experience
• You have already worked for several years as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, preferably also in distributed teams
• At best you bring along a certification as Scrum Master or Product Owner
• You convince with your motivating nature, communicative competence, conflict management skills as well as enthusiasm and assertiveness
• The position requires a slight willingness to travel
• Experience in games, crypto, web tech environment is a plus
• You know and understand the mindset of game developers
• 🇬🇧 English is a must
• German is a plus
