Our client wants to perfect the omni-channel customer experience and invest in the further expansion of the integrated online offering of store, content and services around the pet.

// YOUR TASKS //

As Product Owner Online Shop/E-Commerce you are responsible for the further development of our client’s online store:In agile increments you further develop the customer experience according to the highest customer and business impact.

• You work hand in hand with your stakeholders, the Area CPO and Product Owners of adjacent areas and collaborate with other stakeholders such as SEO, UX and Data Analytics to design personalized and emotional shopping and service experiences for our clients’ customers around their animals.
• You manage the product backlog and inspire your development team with clearly structured epics and user stories.
• As a Product Owner you support the mobile strategy of our client.

// THAT’S YOU //

Required

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Scrum and in the role of Product Owner
• You have already successfully managed a product in the online store area and know the challenges and opportunities in this environment.
• You have already been responsible for more than one B2C web application in this role (conception, GoLive, further development)
• You can report significant successes, such as increases in conversion rate, reviews or other KPIs
• You have profound experience in e-commerce and integrated services for stationary trade

• Customer centricity and great passion for animal lovers distinguish you
• You are proficient in personalization, web analytics and A/B testing
• Discovery and delivery are equally important to you and you are familiar with the corresponding approaches
• You are an agile team player and strive for continuous improvement with high performance commitment
