In order to continue our success story and that of our clients, we are currently looking for an Office Assistant/Payroll Accountant (m/f/d), remote, Málaga.

Responsibilities / Main tasks

With us, you work closely with all areas of the company: This includes Recruiting, New Business, and the Executive Board. The focus of your activity will be:

  • Independent registration and deregistration of our employees with the authorities
  • Independent preparation of payrolls, vacation day calculations, bonus calculations
  • Support for foreign candidates in registering with Spanish authorities
  • Support with client and candidate billing (e.g. creating billing statements, setting up contracts, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining our CRM and documentation software, maintaining work time accounts, coordinating appointments)
  • Other organizational tasks related to accounting and office organization tasks
  • Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing
  • Creation of statistics and evaluations
  • Participation in and implementation of personnel projects and processes
  • Research, familiarization and optimization of new systems, processes and tasks

Qualifications / Requirements

  • You bring these qualifications:
    • Several years of experience in payroll accounting
    • Very good communication and conflict management skills in Spanish and English (German an advantage)
    • Completed commercial vocational training or relevant professional experience in personnel processing, accounting or administration with sufficient professional experience in the same or similar position
    • Efficient and fast but careful way of working
    • High service orientation
    • Enthusiasm in working with various systems (CRM, Slack, Zoom, G-Suite).
    • Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
    • Good analytical skills
