// DEINE AUFGABE //

• Unser Klient will das Omni-Channel Kunden-Erlebnis perfektionieren und in den weiteren Ausbau des integrierten Online Angebots aus Shop, Content und Services rund um das Haustier investieren
• Als Product Owner E-Commerce bist Du verantwortlich für Attraction, Engagement und Conversion der Kunden unseres Klienten: in agilen Inkrementen entwickelst Du das Kundenerlebnis weiter nach höchstem Kunden- und Business-Impact
• Du wirkst im engen Schulterschluss mit Deinen Stakeholdern, dem Area CPO und den weiteren Product Ownern
• Hand in Hand arbeitest Du mit weiteren Experten (SEO, UX- und Data Analytics) zusammen und entwirfst für die Kunden unsere Klienten persönliche und emotionale Einkaufs- und Service-Erlebnisse rund um ihre Tiere
• Du managest das Product Backlog und begeisterst Dein Entwickler-Team mit klar strukturierten Epics und User Stories
• Als Product Owner erweckst Du die mobile Strategie unseres Klienten zum Leben und besetzt damit eine zentrale Position für den Erfolg der mobilen Anwendungen

// DAS BIST DU //

• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner mit Developer Teams
• Du hast schon mehr als eine B2C Web oder App Anwendung in dieser Rolle verantwortet (Konzeption, GoLive, Weiterentwicklung)
• Du kannst von signifikanten Erfolgen berichten, wie Erhöhung von Conversion Rate, Reviews oder anderen KPIs
• Du hast profunde Erfahrung im E-Commerce und integrierten Services für den stationären Handel
• Kundenzentrierung und große Leidenschaft für Tierliebhaber zeichnen Dich aus
• Du beherrschst Personalisierung, Web Analytics und A/B Tests
• Discovery und Delivery werden von Dir gleichermaßen bespielt und entsprechende Herangehensweisen sind Dir vertraut
• Du bist ein agiler Teamplayer und strebst mit hohem Leistungseinsatz nach fortwährender Verbesserung

// YOUR TASK //

• Our client wants to bring the omni-channel customer experience to perfection and invest in the further expansion of the integrated online offering of store, content and services for pets
• As Product Owner E-Commerce you are responsible for attraction, engagement and conversion of our client’s customers: in agile increments you further develop the customer experience according to highest customer and business impact
• You work in close cooperation with your stakeholders, the area CPO and the other Product Owners
• You work hand in hand with other experts (SEO, UX and data analytics) and design personal and emotional shopping and service experiences for our clients surrounding their pets
• You manage the product backlog and inspire your developer team with clearly structured epics and user stories
• As a Product Owner, you bring the mobile strategy of our client to life and thus occupy a central position for the success of the mobile applications

// THAT’S YOU //

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner with developer teams
• You have been responsible for more than one B2C web or app application in this role (conception, go-live, further development)
• You can report significant successes, such as increase in conversion rate, reviews or other KPIs
• You have in-depth experience in E-Commerce and integrated services for stationary retailers
• You are customer-centric and have a great passion for animal lovers
• You are proficient in personalization, web analytics and A/B testing
• Discovery and delivery are equally important to you and you are familiar with the corresponding approaches
• You are an agile team player and strive for continuous improvement with high performance commitment
