// DEINE AUFGABEN //

• Du bist zentraler Bestandteil des Core Teams für die konzeptionelle Überarbeitung der Mobile App und bereits in dieser Phase wichtiger Gestalter und Sparringspartner für das E-Commerce. Dabei behältst du immer die technische Machbarkeit im Auge.
• Du priorisierst und entscheidest über die Entwicklung Deines Produkts und hast dabei immer die Endkunden unseres Kunden fest im Blick.
• Du verstehst jedes Detail deines Produkts. Du hast einen Plan wie Dein Produkt in 1-2 Jahren aussehen sollte, aber hast vor allem den Fokus auf die aktuellen Themen und verlierst nicht so schnell den Überblick über Deinen Backlog.
• Du konzipierst neue Features, formulierst die Anforderungen als User-Stories und setzt diese mit dem Entwicklerteam um.
• Du schaffst neue Prozesse und implementierst neue Systeme in die bestehende Architekturlandschaft unseres Kunden.
• Hierbei bist Du im ständigen Austausch mit Deinen Stakeholdern – hauptsächlich Ansprechpartner/innen aus dem Bereich E-Commerce.
• Mit Deiner agilen Arbeitsweise strebst Du zusammen mit Deinem Entwicklungsteam eine schnelle und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung an.
• Die Wirtschaftlichkeit Deiner Produktentwicklung lässt Du natürlich nicht aus den Augen.
• Die kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie das Aneignen von Wissen in Hinsicht neuer Features & Functions vervollständigen Dein Aufgabengebiet.

// DAS BIST DU //

• Neben mehreren Jahren Erfahrung als Produktmanager oder Product Owner konntest du auch Erfahrung im E-Commerce und/oder im Bereich von mobilen Apps sammeln.
• Du kennst Dich mit agilen Projektmethoden, idealerweise Scrum, aus und bringst hierfür das entsprechende Mindset mit.
• Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Dein logisches Denken sind stark ausgeprägt und Du hast Spaß an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
• Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis von Software- und Prozess-Architekturen und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse bei der Ausgestaltung von Schnittstellen und Datenstrukturen.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Aufnahme von Anforderungen und in der technischen Konzeptionierung.
• Rechtliches Basiswissen rund um Datenschutz sind ein Plus.
• Analytisches und prozessorientiertes Denken​ zeichnen Dich aus.

• You are the central part of the core team for the conceptual revision of the mobile app and already in this phase an important designer and sparring partner for E-Commerce. In doing so, you always keep an eye on the technical feasibility.
• You prioritize and decide on the development of your product, always keeping our client’s end customers firmly in mind.
• You understand every detail of your product. You have a plan of how your product should look like in 1-2 years, but above all you focus on the current issues and don’t lose track of your backlog.
• You design new features, formulate the requirements as user stories and implement them with the development team.
• You create new processes and implement new systems in the existing architecture landscape of our customer.
• In doing so, you are in constant exchange with your stakeholders – mainly contact persons from the E-Commerce area.
• With your agile way of working you strive for a fast and continuous development together with your development team.
• Of course, you do not lose sight of the profitability of your product development.
• The continuous market and competition observation as well as the acquisition of knowledge in terms of new features & functions complete your area of responsibility.

// THAT’S YOU //

• In addition to several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, you could also gain experience in E-Commerce and/or in the area of mobile apps.
• You are familiar with agile project methods, ideally Scrum, and have the appropriate mindset for this.
• Your communication skills and logical thinking are strong and you enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
• You have a good technical understanding of software and process architectures and have excellent knowledge of the design of interfaces and data structures.
• You have experience in requirements gathering and technical conceptual design.
• Basic legal knowledge around data protection are a plus.
• You are characterized by analytical and process-oriented thinking.
