// ABOUT THE PROJECT //

Our client is one of the major European online retailers for fashion and continues to grow.

You standardize all processes along the supply chain in the organization (e.g. procurement, logistics, content creation, translations, replenishments, customer care, etc.).

Our client, a holding company in the fashion sector is expanding and has opened up further business areas. Now it is time to lay the foundations in the newly created company: Unify and standardize processes. To establish processes across all stakeholders, touchpoints and departments, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in this area.

// YOUR TASKS //

• Recognize double runs in the individual areas
• Show faulty or incomplete processes across all touchpoints
• Suggest structural improvements at neuralgic points to the company management and
• Consider prioritization by business value
• Create a roadmap as well as a target picture
• Be interface, SPOC and stakeholder for your peers, management and departments

// THAT’S YOU //

• You bring relevant expertise as a project manager with you
• You have already worked in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) projects
• You have experience in quick but holistic understanding as well as documenting and questioning existing processes
• You have experience in defining and implementing new processes within predefined standards
• English is a must
• E-commerce experience an advantage
• Knowledge of Agile methods an advantage
