Our client is one of the experts in digital relationship management. He supports customers throughout the entire customer journey with regard to CRM and digital marketing and has extensive industry experience in the B2B and B2C environment as well as technology partnerships with SAP, Salesforce or Oracle, among others.

// YOUR TASKS //

As part of a project for an automotive supplier, the focus is on the relaunch of the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the global rollout. A Product Owner:In CRM (m/f/d) is being sought for this purpose.

• Technical responsibility for the CRM system in the SAP environment
• Strategic further development and support of the CRM system including the current and future sales process
• Collaboration in the development of future sales processes including translation and anchoring of the future processes in the CRM system
• Identification of improvement potentials along the sales process and active initiation of suitable measures in the CRM environment
• Planning and execution of future roll-outs, global training and onboarding of new CRM users
• Establish and ensure reliable and competent support for CRM key users and end users.
• Performing analyses regarding the degree of utilization of the sales processes mapped in the CRM system, including deriving suggestions for improvement

// THAT’S YOU //

• You have a degree in industrial engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
• You have a particularly strong affinity for IT and enjoy consulting on applications
• You have Sound knowledge of CRM processes, as well as the SAP environment
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a product owner with
• You already have experience in Automotive industry
• You have a professional, analytical and independent way of working
• You have good comprehension skills with the ability to quickly overview complex issues
• You possess good command of written and spoken English
• You bring Willingness to travel with
