Our client is one of the experts in digital relationship management. He supports customers throughout the entire customer journey with regard to CRM and digital marketing and has extensive industry experience in the B2B and B2C environment as well as technology partnerships with SAP, Salesforce or Oracle, among others.

// YOUR TASKS //

As part of a project for an automotive supplier, the focus is on the relaunch of the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the global rollout. We are looking for a SAP CX Consultant:In (m/f/d).

• Requirements analysis and development of new solution concepts as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action for digitization measures relating to processes in sales, marketing and service
• Implementation of customizing adjustments in the area of SAP Customer Experience as well as other solutions for optimizing the customer journey (SAP Sales / Service / Marketing / Commerce Cloud, SAP emarsys, Qualtrics, SAP Customer Data Cloud / Platform)
• Continuous optimization of the existing processes and the individual CRM solutions in the B2B or B2C area of your customers
• You will actively participate in the further development of the SAP CX Unit and drive forward topics such as machine learning, IoT or digital transformation processes

// THAT’S YOU //

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or comparable training
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in the SAP environment with
• You have practical knowledge in the conception and implementation of SAP CRM Solutions ideally already in C4C or SAP CX
• You work independently as well as in a team and occasional travel is a welcome change for you.
