// DEINE AUFGABE //

• Die Planung, Steuerung, Umsetzung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung deines Produktes in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
• Die Priorisierung und Entscheidungen über die Entwicklung deines Verantwortungsbereiches und dabei immer unsere Endkunden im Blick haben
• Die Konzeption von neuen Features, die Formulierung von Anforderungen als User Stories und deren Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwicklern
• Die fachliche Koordination für Projekte zur Optimierung der User Experience
• Der ständige Austausch mit deinen Stakeholdern
• Die Beobachtung aktueller Trends im E-Commerce und das Wissen, was unsere Wettbewerber tun

// DAS BIST DU //

• Ein sportbegeisterter Teamplayer
• Kundenorientiert und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit DECATHLON eine tolle Customer Journey zu gestalten
• Bereits mit UX-Prozessen vertraut bist und ein umfassendes Verständnis für diese hast
• Dich mit E-Commerce auskennst: Du arbeitest seit mindestens 2 Jahren im E-Commerce
• Erfahren im Produktmanagement mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (SCRUM, Jira)
• Vertraut mit verschiedenen Web-Analyse-Tools (z.B. Google Analytics, A / B-Tests)
• Motiviert durch Herausforderungen und es fällt dir leicht, Entscheidungen zu treffen
• Ein kritischer Denker und Problemlöser
• Motiviert, die Welt unseres Kunden kreativ, verantwortungsbewusst und vor allem neugierig zu entdecken

• already familiar with UX processes and have a comprehensive understanding of them
• familiar with e-commerce: You have been working in e-commerce for at least 2 years
• experienced in product management with agile working methods (SCRUM, Jira)
• familiar with various web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, A / B tests)
• motivated by challenges and you find it easy to make decisions
• a critical thinker and problem solver
• motivated to discover the world of DECATHLON creatively, responsibly and, above all, curiouslyritten and spoken German and English skills
