// DEINE AUFGABE //

• Als Scrum Master im Digitalteam bist du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung agiler Arbeitsmethoden in einem Software-Entwicklungsteam. Du arbeitest eng mit den Product Ownern zusammen und hilfst den Stakeholdern, die Werte und Vorteile der agilen Methoden zu verstehen.

• Du moderierst die Scrum Events, kümmerst dich um die Vor- und Nachbereitung und behältst dabei die Analyse und regelmäßige Verbesserung der agilen Prozesse im Blick.

• Selbstorganisation im Team ist dein Ziel, du identifizierst Hindernisse und stellst deren Beseitigung effizient sicher.

// DAS BIST DU //

• Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master und beherrschst die agilen Methoden und Prozesse souverän. Darüber hinaus hast du schon im Umfeld mit skalierten Frameworks, speziell LeSS, gearbeitet.
• Du bist konfliktfähig und stark im Improvisieren mit organisatorischem Talent und einem hohen Maß an Unabhängigkeit.

• Vitalität: Unsere Leidenschaft für den Sport spiegelt sich auch in unserem Mindset wider – wir motivieren und fordern uns und andere täglich heraus, die Messlatte immer höher zu legen, um unser Bestes zu erreichen.

• As a Scrum Master in the Digital team, you are responsible for implementing agile working methods in a software development team.
• You work closely with the product owners and help the stakeholders to understand the values and benefits of agile methods.

• You moderate Scrum events, take care of the preparation and follow-up and keep an eye on the analysis and regular improvement of the agile processes.

• Self-organization in the team is your goal, you identify obstacles and ensure their removal efficiently.

// THAT’S YOU //

• You already have several years of experience as a Scrum Master and are proficient in agile methods and processes.
• In addition, you have already worked in an environment with scaled frameworks, especially LeSS.
• You are able to deal with conflicts and strong in improvising with organizational talent and a high degree of independence.

• Vitality: our passion for the sport is also reflected in our mindset – we motivate and challenge ourselves and others every day to keep raising the bar to achieve our best.

• Responsibility: we make decisions where and when necessary and take responsibility very seriously.

• Bilingualism is an advantage: The team communicates in English and German.
