In our #refinement sessions, everyone is asked to contribute. In this way, we very often get much better results than if I did it alone or we both did it with @Klaus. FYI: At the same time, the team is informed about the coming two weeks and can play a decisive role in determining them. This strengthens the commitment.

In our dailies, retros, refinements and also in our 1to1s that we hold at regular intervals. So at #QUANTUM, every individual counts for a lot. He or she can exert a strong influence and even help shape our companies internationally. This also puts the responsibility in the hands of colleagues. In order to prevent responsibility from becoming excessive, we promote the lifelong learning of our colleagues with free time and financial resources. So that they can say, in the words of Superman, “With great power comes great responsibility.”

๐Ÿ”ญ ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป / #roadmap: However, we don’t leave everything to our employees. We, the management, provide the clear vision and direction. The direction, i.e. the vision with its mission, is very clear for us. The “what” and the “why” are based on the values on which we build QUANTUM. But the “how” is only set in stone for the next #iteration. At regular intervals, we review, discuss and refine our roadmap.
